Sat 15:01 - Meeke retires!
A shock development just outside the Tallard tyre fitting zone. Meeke was clearly bothered by something at the end of the previous stage - turns out his gearbox was broken. That's his rally over.

So disappointed about Meeke. A great drive until then.

+5 minutes or more because Sisteron is today last stage?

Ok, no Rally 2 tonight...

At least Meeke showed great character and speed thus far. Rally Sweden could get really interesting if he goes flat-out. He must be hungry for more! :)

so 1-2 with vw Ogier Mikkelsen and 3 rd Neuville.......................................... ..................

The gearbox was working perfectly but it's been affected when we went off the stage on SS12
