Rossetti totally deserve it, but what it’ll happen with Ucci? Btw, the car will be run by former PS Italy staff?
AFAIK it will be a different team but there will be some former member of Ucci's staff into it.
Ucci is waiting for some offer from Peugeot. He said in an interview he would have liked to try something outside Italy. He's waiting for them, if they are not capable to give him a program he will have to decide if try to find something from other manufacturers or retire.
Yes it's a return :)
Why not a season in ERC as a perfect ending of his successful career? ;)
Ucci contested over 300 rallies in his life, but never had any international program:

I must say that for many years I was hoping to see Andreucci with S2000 or R5 car on some international event. But it never happened :(
At the moment strong rumors connecting Andreucci with Škoda Fabia R5-team DP. And also Basso....wait for few days.
There's also a rumour about Ucci and Peugeot(with the 208 T16)on italian gravel championship
Luca Rossetti will be driving a Citroën C3 R5 funded by Citroën Italia this year.

11 times CIR winner Andreucci will retire from CIR along with his co-driver and partner Anna Andreussi.
He will stay at Peugeot to develop the 208 and maybe he will run some rally here and there.
Andreucci and Andreussi have been a legend and kept winning despite the inferior car and their age. They were really in love with the sport and I think they are an example for every driver and codriver.
We will miss them, I wish them the best for their new challenges.
Well done to them for their illustrious, should I say legendary careers, obviously it was a tough decision for them, but to have the choice to bow out while still on the top is something not many have the opportunity to do.
Do you know which 208 will he help with? The new R2T or R5?
I was surprise by the announcement of Ucci
I think he will still run a few events(outside CIR)
What a shame! Andreucci has always been one of my favourite drivers. He had such a spectacular driving style and was fast in any car he drove - Renault Megane, Subaru Impreza, Ford Focus, Mitsubishi Lancer, Fiat Punto, Peugeot 207, Peugeot 208, the list can go on...
Here is my photo from Rally Mille Miglia 2010, special stage "Cavallino", do I need to tell you who won this rally?

Breen wil do CIR with a Fabia R5 from Metior!

Excellent. Great to see him trying something new.
I wonder if his Italian girlfriend was a factor ? ;)
Nice! it's not all CIR though, it says only some events.
I think he got to know some italian guy thanks to Tamara. They also drove together in a minor rally some months ago, she was the codriver.

Crugnola and Rusce will drive at CIR with Polo R5.
I don't know if it will be full program for Crugnola, maybe only tarmac.
I don't know if it was posted here or not, but Peugeot Italia stays in the Italian champiosnhip in 2019. They are going to support the crew Tommaso CIUFFI / Nicolò GONELLA in Peugeot 208 R2B.

Apparently Campedelli Orange1 Fiesta will be run by MSport (Poland) and not longer by BRC. Will BRC be present on the CIR?
But no one cared sharing it here...What about BRC, will they continue to back any crew in Rally?
Luca Rossetti is testing his new Citroën before Rally del Ciocco:

I must say, that this looks much better than previous years.
IMO more favourits for owerall victory: Breen, Rossetti, Cempedelli and Basso. Looking forward to highly interesting event!

Breen: We are about to get underway here #RallyIlCiocco with a short spectator stage tonight. Tomorrow the real rally begins with 14 stages covering over 150km. It's going to be a real challenge but Paul and I are relishing it! :)

Breen a bit slow at first stages

Awesome battle between Crugnola and Basso!
And a clear proof that Polo is fast even on the twisty mountain roads.
If we judge to this achived ss times, VW Polo R5 is definetely best R5 car at the moment. With all the respect to young Crungola, but he is still missing some skills to be on the same level as Basso, Roxy, Cempedelli and not even mention Breen. Polo is "fixing care" over this small handicap....still, congratulations. If he will continoue like this and survive the pressure, it is going to be a huge surprise.
