What happende with Korhonen?
Average speed again 129 km/h for Kalle
These stages are made for Toyota. Even Taka smashes
Great morning from Tänak
What is interesting that yesterday at umea sprint and also today at icey stages kalle wins most of the time with first split and then doesn’t gain as much with other half
Evans and Neuville seem lost. Nice to see Katsuta getting into the groove!
25km stage and top5 separated by 1.9 seconds
Oliver very quick again
The pacenotes delivery by Reeta is just amazing :D
See the splits of Kaur, where is that coming from?
Edit: apparently he was struggling with powersteering issue?
Kaur going on a attack
Good splits for Pajari as well
Kaur is so inconsistent. He has these stages where he is superfast but usually loses a lot of time at the start of rallies and then fights an uphill battle rest of the way.
Sami Pajari with besttime in Rally2, beating Oliver by 0,4 sec
That stage win by Katsuta does truly feel like a water-shed moment.
Unlike his previous stage wins, this one felt like it was won the hard way. No 'ifs' or "buts'.
This could be his breakthrough year.
Decent morning for Tanak in that he leads and has no car issues. But pulling just 4.7sec over Rovanpera is far from decisive.

"I'm not really trying to be competitive with the fastest guys, i'm just trying to enjoy myself and the car. If we continue like this, then we will get to grips with it. We are getting better, the car is faster and there are a lot of wrong notes for the car. We will get there."
Good rally so far, nice fight. I see people don't have faith in Lappi and Breen but they seem to be going well to me. Breen seems his old self again in this car.
and not only pacenote delivery, but the positive attitude and support in the car. Full of energy, full of positivity, having fun, being clear and strict at the same time. Enjoyable to watch (even it's hard to keep serious face when listening the delivery) and I think a lot of guys should learn from her.
So what are the expectations for the afternoon loop
I have a feeling Breen will lead maybe at the end of the day. It all depends how much time he will gain with the first stage right away.
Tänak maybe could hold Rovanperä behind him but that also depends a lot of the first stage
Will be interesting anyway

Tänak not so confident going to afternoon loop, could be some kind of mind play he is known to play maybe? not sure
Lappi on the other hand says he can put out more, hope he doesnt bin it on the way
SS5 and SS7 will be difficult for Rovanperä. SS6 maybe a bit easier. Breen and Lappi could indeed well lead the rally. And what will Katsuta do? And how will the conditions differ on the Umeå Sprint stage, will Rovanperä get time back?
I think stages are quite more rutted, so more difficult...
I think 2nd loop is more difficult to Rovanperä (and Neuville, Evans, Tänak) compared to Lappi and Breen, as now they need to cleanup the road from smaller car excursions and tracks.
Tänak is more down to the Earth. Breen is more "PR-driver".
It is interesting as it stands at the moment and as it may happen that both Breen and Lappi are taking points away from the lead Hyundai driver. But, they Both need to finish first.
Hint how bad it is: Rovanperä 1st split this time 3:14. On 1st run his 1st split was 3:08 and best one was 3:01.
As Neuville is 5.3s faster, maybe some extra mistake from Rovanperä.
So rutted. Look how Neuville is bouncing that car, like pinball lol
Traction has left the chat :D
Neuville is crazy
Ogier would be going apeshit if he was driving first here
