Harrach now finally catching Tarabus.
Glachs is doing good today with the outdated Polo S2000. Pity he retired so early yesterday.
Yes, he´s doing really well today. His stage times today are some kind of dignified farewell for team manager Dr. Cezkal (he´s the doctor of my father) who´s retiring from rally sport after this rally and a succesful car in Austrian rally sport.
A little linguistic help from a Polish friend :)Quote:

Baran: Yes, I'm OK, I'm OK.
I'm very sad about Kajto, to be honest RK have full season in WRC and for Kajto that first 2 rallies are very important. Big talent and I hope Lotos will secure full season ERC for him.
Jarek was faster :)
agree with you 100%.Quote:

That's true. Lotos have already wasted so much money on Kosciuszko. This year they finally invested in a proper driver and it ended like this. Very sad.Quote:

very good performance so far with an outdated car.
Kubica lost another 2,3 sec against Pech on first 2 stages of this loop. Victory for Pech is getting nearer ...
Really enjoying this close battle and great to have a MINI driver in with a chance of a major win ! :)
Excellent experience for Kubica with the Monte coming up and good to see him not going off trying too hard ... ;)
But almost...Quote:

Glachs retired again ...
And now I´m convinced Pech will win this rally (if he stays on the road without a bigger mistake or nothing technical happens). Kubica is loosing more and more time - and he doesn´t seems to go for an attack anymore (after SS 16: "It´s ok, it´s a good test").
It's not yet decided. The last two stages especially if rain and fog comes there can change anything. We saw that in the past ;)Quote:

Tarabus looses half a minute to Harrach as he complains about broken differential!
Beppo is crazy!!
What a time for Beppo Harrach, average speed 111 km/h
Kubica has had a lot of almost moments this rally.
Here's one more:

Hope he can develop as a WRC driver, they normally come and take victory (thinking of Hirvonen, Ogier in the past).
Aisttal shows what it is infamous for ...
Will Tarabus, Aigner and Odlozilik be able to solve their technical problems before last run?
Kubica just won 2 seconds ...
this guy is definetely man of the rally. While fighting everybody for the win,he is among them.Quote:

Think he´ll get Colin McRae trophy again - him or Pech.
Baumschlager said in an audio interview with a local newspaper, that he was already driving on the limit yesterday evening and on the first loop today, and he lost some confidence because of his tyres - he was not able to stay within reach of Kubica and even more Pech, even if he would have liked to.
Pluto just informed that Pech took slicks, others mostly winter tyres for the last stage.
Kubica with studs on the front tyres ... we´ll see if this decision was right.
Exciting first rally of the season! :bounce:
Baumschlager takes PS win for Austrian championship.
Slicks for Pech seem to have been the wrong decision maybe.
EDIT: What a final!! Kubica won!
Wooohoooo! :D
Kubica won! Same situation like last year with Kopecký and Bouffier and on the same stage!
What a time
imho Kubica can do it.Pech with not so good time.
wow, Kubica :O loved his first words : "it was ok " :D
Kubica -31,7 to Pech, Kubica wins! What a rally! :)
Unbelievable .... 30 sec ...
It was even more dramatic than last year .... and we had 4 different leaders of the rally!
congrats to Kubica!
at same stage ss17 they had only 2 seconds difference, now 32 seconds.Pech lost it with his choice.
nice rally!
What a time by Kubica, big respect!!
What were they thinking to choose slicks for wet, mud roads??Quote:
