What DonJippo already told. I've been at Alkio many years now but I don't recall them having WLAN so prepaid modem is definately the best option.Quote:

I was told it was but not online during the summer obviously. I'm here all alone in dormitory a, I drive the new silver auris. I saw PG's recce car outside here, must be the only ones here atm :p Got lots of recce done today, some good spots in Kalonkulma. Sideways jump in Urria and the other known places in that stage was impossible to get good footage from with tape being so far back. Think I will do end of Jukojarvi instead. Checking stages to the north tomorrow :)Quote:

Shakedown period has been extended until 12:30 due to the same reason.
S.Loeb is the fastest so far.
Hirvonen had Turbo problems and has run the test stage only once (by 10 am).
Kankkunen also said that road is very slippery due to the loose gravel. He said that he dont remember when the road was so slippery. It is due to the long drought period and hot weather in Finland in recent months. He dont expect Loeb to take risks and fight for the win in this round.
Link in shakedown times?
Janne, I just noticed that due the lost of my old phone, I don't have your number anymore. So call either me or Pino if you have our numbers so we can meet saturday at the stages :)Quote:

Thanks bluuford. :)
I think the importance of the shakedown is a "rally cultural" thing, here people never had paid any attention at it, only recent years they have started to publish the times too.
Shakedown times Finland

Loeb 2.02,3
Latvala 2.02,3

Henning 2.04,6
Raikkonen 2.05,8
Wilson 2.07,5
