Sadly they only drive stages twice

Its strange that Kalle's awesome performance on asphalt is not matched by that on dirt.

Completely different tyres. His driving style doesn't get on with the gravel Hankooks.

But he commented yesterday that his PET was good and he may have found something to improve his speed here.

Awesome performance on asphalt = awesome performance on Canarias. Dont forget that Canarias has very specific tarmac which is not same as others. I remember when Jan Kopecky arrived there for first time in IRC times and they had lot of problems to adapt setup and driving style to be working there. For me, simply Kalle found on Canarias something unique with setup and how to drive the car in that specific conditions.
