Laws will be more likely to relate to guns of the power you'd need to hit an aircraft or another country's airspace, I think.

What goes up must come down, including bullets. I was in Mexico for New Year's a couple of years ago and people there like to shoot off guns at midnight. You could hear the bullets bouncing off roofs when they fell back to earth. Now imagine that were your head. :eek:Quote:
