A Peugeot 208 Rally4 with last years restrictor was tested in a bank and put 234 bhp. I think they choose the 208hp just for marketing reasons!Quote:

For starter cars i always found that stupid. Make the rules so that they can use whatever stock production engine they want under 200bhp. Seal it after putting it on the test bench so that they are all equal. That would save massively in cost while not making the cars any slower.
