What's the cost at the team level to run tomorrow?
Postponed flights?
Hotel rooms?
Meals?
Etc
Tomorrow, 1pm Eastern time. Gotta think tv has something to do with this.
I think they, Indaycar, put the decision off as long as possible, they are on city streets, gonna run on a monday, who pays for that? Much less the loss in TV ad revenue. Which being Indycar on VS probably isn't much. Along with what SFan said. Oh well, gonna watch the NBA.
Did you mean Helio Crashneves.Quote:

I'm no expert, but I assume they (promoter, Indycar etc) would have some sort of insurance in place for this sort of thing?
Ooooff!!! Side by side restarts on a wet street course. I hope they rethink this soon because if this day hadn't been washed out I really think the winner would have been carrying a tire across the finish line.
Re Hinchcliffe: My wife had lost what little interest she had in open wheel years ago. Today when she saw Hinch being interviewed, "Who's that guy!"
Guys like Hinchcliffe and Rahal are very important.

From looking at that, would Conway be allowed to rejoin in 21st? Would seem wrong if he had to rejoin at the rear of the field behind people who had done fewer laps. Shortened race could make things quite lively.
