I think Van Loon won't start, he is no longer on provisional entry list.

He never got on the list, and stated on Sezoens and Ele he'll not start in Ypres on his site also says it wasn't sure that he'll would start.

Dutch sources say that Hans hasn't the budget yet for the Fabia..

What is 4-RGT class in rally?

Didier's Fabia is in Wevers hands and is now normally a Evo 2..
