I put this here because Dean rallied in the US SCCA series during the 90s...in fact, anyone who used to watch rallying on ESPN back in those days would know who he was. He was the cousin of local rally legend Jeffery Panton.A terrible tragedy folks...May his Soul Rest in Peace.....
