Where do F1 cars Go?
Something that came to me while watching the old races.
Of all the cars built by teams each and every season, where do they all go?
I mean old Mclarens I know stay in the museums, and some are privately owned, but where all all the old Jordans, Pacifics, Minardi's, Jaguars and even Forti cars.
There must be loads of old F1 cars knocking about that we would love to see.
Just an interesting thought.

Museums, private collectors, sponsors, eBay, historic series, track day experience cars, or just torn down for spares.
-
Would be nice to see some of them, but I guess its not easy to display them and then not many would be interested.

Had a look online and if you have 100,000 to spare, you can buy a 1993 Footwork as an example

I would imagine a good number of them are disassembled when they get back to the factory, and never put back together again. So I think a number of them will basically be binned.

Remember the guys shed from a while back? :)

McLaren keep all theirs although some show cars are exhibited. Usually these are generic cars and parts bolted onto a Chassis and have never raced and sometimes real cars are used with engine and transmission still in.
Cars can be with Sponsors, partners, stored or sold depending on the Team.

They get put out to stud with a bunch of coupés.
And that's where supercars come from.
