Performance Balancing & Extended Points System in 2012

So two announcements today by TOCA regarding next season.

The first is that they are going to an FIA GT1 performance balancing system on engines, where all the various designs will be equalised, initially by an independent group at the start of the season and then on a continuous basis during the season based on performance.

Secondly, the points system is to be extended to the top 15 finishers, with further details on that to be announced later.
