I wonder if safety standards in F2 are up to par with other feeder series' such as GP2 or FR. Maybe Palmer was rushed in the design/construction of the cars in order to have it rolled out by the beginning of the 2009 season. Max obviously pushed hard for the series when he had his cat fight with Bernie.
