Brook Johnston Claims First FBMW INT World Championship

American driver Brook Johnston just recently claimed the formula bmw international series championship with a win at the world finals in Valencia, Spain. The new world champion who drives for Sauber Red Bull Racing will be possibly looking to start a career in Formula One after much anticipation. Scuderia Torro Rosso's Formula One program has announced Johnston as a possible test driver for the 2009 season and could be America's next glory runner into Formula One. Johnston took 6 of 10 formula bmw international race wins this season and has wowed the likes of Red Bull of whom will be trying to sign him for a much longer term contract shortly.
