What happens if these two days are both rain outs? Because it looks like a possibility we'll lose today to rain and if it happens again tomorrow? Will they be rescheduled? And why wasn't last Sunday's 2nd qualifying day rescheduled?

Well it looks like my fears of it being rained out were a bit premature, but the question still stands, if only as hypothetical one for the moment.
They will keep qualifying throughout the week until they have 33; then maybe allow bumping at the end of the same day no. 33 qualifies.
Don't know what they would do if it rained solid through the week - delay the race or go on championship position / Previous indy results / Practice times / Lottery / Paper-Scissor-Stones
Or leave and race at Laguna Seca instead :o )
