I was under the impression that they had hoped to buy at least one SEAT Leon?

I think you're confusing Xero Competition with another team. The only debate about Xero I read about was whether they'd use the old or new shape Lexus IS.

I think you will find that Xero have not officially confirmed!
Autosport looking for stories to fill their magazine me thinks!

Yet again the comics have jumped the gun!
We have NOT made any official announcement!
Autosport have used an old quote about the cars and assumed the rest.

Mark Smith ran with In-front Motorsport. Mark Jones raced with Team Forward Racing.

If we are correcting.
Nick Adcock raced in the clio cup with TCR, he raced in the radical series with Xero Competition.
Mark Jones raced in the final 2 rounds of 06 in a Xero Competition car, the crew were supplied by Team Forward and ran under the Team Forward banner.

On Xero Competition's website they've put up a couple of pictures of the Lexus, at least one now appears to be yellow. Can't wait until all is revealed.

It won't be long now - max 2 weeks I would have thought as Toca will be releasing the entry list in early March (probabily unofficially before the media day like the last few years where a drivers list has appeared on btcc.net before its officially announced)

I said "drivers" in my question - I guess there were no names on the sides of the cars then.

You'll have to wait for the official launch for anymore details.
Peter Still Photography is our official piccy man and touringcartimes will have the exclusive.
So AlfaFan, whoever your contacts are that give you your little snippets, they won't help you on this one i'm afraid.
