Hello All!!

Here is my first post!!


Just a quick shout out to see if theres many of you heading out to the WRC in Sweden 07..

Me and 3 mates are off using Rally Travel..

Will be good to hear how many of you are off out there!!

I have been speaking with a contact in Karlstad and so far theres not been a flake of snow yet this year... however its forcasted for the end of the week!

Anyway... theres a bit of snow up in Varmland so i guess thats all that counts!

I'm going too, my girlfrind and I will do an 800 km drive form Denmark to get there.

Yepp I will be there for the 21st year in a row (22nd if you count the single spectator stage ran when the rally was cancelled back in 1990)

Sweden has become my fave event and can't wait for wednesday when I will fly to Karlstad ! :D

This will be my no 8 in a row. Slipzen: how many days before the rally did they cancel it in 1990? Where did they have the spectator stage?

I don't remeber how many days before the rally they cancelled it but I suppose it was less than a week. The spectator stage was the planned SS1 "I2 Military area" just outside Karlstad. It was 2.03 km long.

Just back from Australia, stayed in manly for five days... no rally though ;)
(bali, Au, NZ (- both north and south in campervan...)+HongKong in 25 days...)
