sorry, should read sETanta wants me back. they've just sent me a letter offering 3 months for £5 /mth then £9.99/mth BUT what they seem to have missed off all the blurb is any form of motorsport coverage.

if they have the btcc package and nascar as in 2007 then you'd think they'd use that as a marketing point to attract 2008 subscribers. as this OFFER ends on the 31st december and based on what they're hailing as their offerings with no mention of motorsport, i don't think i'll make the commitment just yet.

No mention of any motorsport anywhere on their website either. Even the Setanta link from btcc.net is broken.

If you look at their ads on the 'box, all they are selling it on is poxy football.

Should be banned.

setanta want me back too,think i can live with out it though,managed to get by on C5's coverage last year and didn't miss it to much.

Sod Setanta...I only liked the advert they have on the telly with Des Lynham and some tart with a couple of nice puppies...phew!!...for the kids mind you!

I have just installed this BT Home hub and got a couple of their phones...looks quite good and very easy to set-up and use. I noticed in the NOTW yesterday that BT are now offering the BT Vision (freeview box with HDD) FREE if you sign up....bit mad really as when I ordered mine there was a £30 fee for the equipment so I thought I would leave it...maybe a good choice as have already sent them an email asking them if I can have it FOC....won't hold my breath though.
Not sure what sports packages they have on offer and what they plan to broadcast but I know you can subscribe per month for the sports packages and purchase on-demand films etc etc. I will take a better look on their website to see what's available.
Anyway, my 300th post so better go and crack another tinny open..lol
