With the recent hiring of Paul Andrews, Bill Pappas & Ryan Pemberton, MWR could improve ...
Paul Andrews will be crewchief #55, driver = Michael Waltrip
Bill Pappas will be crewchief #44 for 5 races, then to #00, driver = Dale Jarrett (1st 5 races ONLY)
Ryan Pemberton will be crewchief #00 for 5 races, then to #44, driver = David Reutimann

NOTES : After the 1st 5 races in 2008 the plans for the #00 are yet to be worked-out ...
Paul Andrews was the crewchief for Alan Kulwicki when he won the 1992 Cup Championship ...

good talent on top of the pitbox is very important but ...
