Do the TV announcers think we are stupid ?

I can be watching the race when something occurs on camera ...
I see what happened & usually it is very clear what happened ...
but then the announcers start telling me that I saw something completely different !
The announcers clearly DON'T watch the same race they are commenting on ! http://www.motorsportforum.com/forums/images/icons/icon8.gif

My advice to the announcers :
Either watch the race & tell the truth or go to radio if you have to lie ...
people listening to the radio can't see what happens & your lies would then be accepted ...

Rusty Wallace
Michael Waltrip
Phil Parsons
Dr. Jerry Punch

I am not a fan of the ABC commetary team, but they can't be looking at the monitors every second. They have other things to pay attention to like timing screens, messages from different people, and eating hot dogs. What's inexcusable is when they mess up the calls on replays.

I'll second that. He was great in the pits. Bestwick needs to be in the booth with Jarrett and/or Petty.
