It must really suck to have been ruled to be
Illegally in possession of another teams property.
Considered (though not proven) to have benefited from it.
Get disqualified from one championship.
Get beaten on the track in both championships.
Hand over $110 million dollars for your folly.
And have to produce a new model under the scrutiny of the sport’s governing body,
to assure that you can fairly compete as an autonomous entity.
What effects do you think this will have on the team, and the sport in general.
Should illegally obtaining IP be more clearly defined. If so, more strictly, or more liberally.
Or is this an isolated incident that is already clearly defined

The easiest way would be to name the team as McLaren-Ferrari Mercedes Vodafone for next season! ;)

However I'm not sure that Ferrari would like to have their name associated with cheaters. :D

This is a pointless thread, so it closes.
