Well here is a short review of this thing. I went ahead and bought this steering wheel to play a single game, CMR2004. (I quit and uninstalled Dirt because I got sick of it). It was the first time I ever use a steering wheel to play a game, and atfirst it was very bad and disapointing. But I found some better settings and beginning to enjoy it.
I had to turn off the force feedback because it auto detect fast movements, then loosen the "centering spring force" and makes the big turn for you, causing oversteer and lost of grip. Turned down the centering spring force to 55% or so to feel more like a real car steering pressure. With CMR04, I had a major problem with oversteering with quick turns, but understeering with long turns. As a result I widen the deadzone and lower the saturation setting ingame. But I'm still trying to find the right comfortable setting, I guess it will varies between games aswell.
Here's me driving a stage with the G25: video (http://youtube.com/watch?v=QjA7ZcKHWXc)
I still am struggling with the wheel if you can notice from what I described above, but so far I have been having fun with it. I don't think that the wheel is perfect for rally since rallying needs so much fast movements. I had to use the stick shift as a handbrake, because there isn't a handbrake, it is horrible. I think it should be good with most driving games though, especially circuit racing.
Other than that, I think the build quality is pretty good, especially the pedals feel very right, probably better than my own car. It has a 40 to 900 degree steering adjustment. The "one way" padel shifter isn't too bad either.

Will consider buying Richard Burns Rally.
