Was it all part of the BIG PLAN to have Lewis's tyre go so he would not finish hence making a great finale in Brazil? I think so...
The tyre was obviously damaged way before they called him in. I appreciate the weather made it difficult to make a call but better a bad call than to have a tyre go and possibly cost LH a win? Especially as there is a long straight on the Chinese circuit. I also think they are worried to lose Alonso. I think the only way he will stay at McLaren is if he is WDC. No way will he have a No. 2 on his car and LH have No.1 NO WAY!!!!
This year has not been great for F1. Lewis has made F1 very popular but not sure its enough. F1 is big business and i think there is a lot more to it that these guys racing for victory. They are the pawns in this big game.
