View Full Version : I can't post replies to any topic

I'm having these issues since earlier today. I can't post replies, instead of the reply box I get a blank page. And it's the same with pickems too. I managed to open this new topic without any problems, but I would like to post some picks tomorrow and it would be nice to be able to chat on the forums too.

Perhaps if you logged out & then logged back in would help .....
you are not banned & you should be able to post replies. :s
I've had no trouble today, so the problem has to be in your log-in.

I just tried your log out/log in suggestion and it didn't work, Stan. I can post using the quick reply but not with either a quote nor with the regular reply button. It hasn't worked for me all day.

I always use "Go Advanced" & so far I have been able to post.

It's OK I can see myself again (not necessarily a good thing) Still can't post using "reply" or "Quote" though :(
Have tried logging out Stan. I even zapped the forum cookie but still no joy.
Where will it all end? :o

If I become aware of anything that might help the people having problems I will post it.
It is odd that the issues are affecting people differently, some can post, some cannot.
I can't use the quote function but everything else works for me.

That's how it is for me, too.

Please would someone try the "Go Advanced" button and see if that will at least give the full, standard reply screen. It works for me, and Stan has used it too, but we're both moderators. Need to know if normal users can get it too.

Thanks. :)

This weekend's pickems should be cancelled. I didn't got the chance to post motorcycling picks and if pickems will be scored, I won't be joining for the rest of the season.

I was able to do that yesterday but not today

For information, much the same is happening when I hit 'post quick reply', except that I don't get an error message. The post is there but it doesn't immediately look like it has been made. The screen refreshes itself to show my post still in the white box as if I haven't hit the button.

If I go to http://www.motorsportforums.com I just get a blank white page. I had to log in through a different site.

Yes, I kept getting the dreaded "Cannot Find Server" screen all yesterday. :s

I am very happy that the forum has returned. :D
