Colin Mcrae's video game, what will happen?

Someone just posted a poll on our site regarding the death of Rally driver Colin Mcrae. Vote to keep the name of the video game!

This is strange but, the most famous rally games with drivers names are mcrae and burns. weird stuff

Im guessing Codemasters (assuming that is who still make the game) will pick Travis Pastrana for their naming rights.

Сodemasters said they will continue making CMR as a memory about Colin for his fans.

"Colin McRae" is a very strong brand for computer gaming, even amongst those who have never heard of the real life Colin McRae. So there is no reason why Codemasters would drop the name.

I was wondering about this as well. I think they'll at least keep his name on the next game for better publicity and respect but after that, I don't know. :s

If they keep his name on the game(as I think they should) maybe in the next version it can be something of a tribute to Colin, instead of a recreation of an event important to their markets but that Colin never competed in that we got this time(Pikes Peak) maybe thay can give us a recreation of the Motu Road stage or Grizedale or any of the stages where he made his name in his early world rally days
