-A quick, no nonesense race-just run the laps and submit the time
-NO championship commitments
-Minimal delay from running of race to posting of results


Here you are guys-a quick weekend race with results promised by breakfast time in the UK on Monday.

Series: British N-GT
Track: Donington
No. of laps: 3

EVERYTHING ON (corner cutting, etc) except pro sim
NO QUALIFYING (set starting position to FRONT)
DIFFICULTY 95%

ALL TIMES DUE MIDNIGHT EASTERN STANDARD TIME-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Send overall time as well as car used.

Nothing quite like a weekend fling! :D

I might give the TVR a run-out. It will probably take the game longer to load than to run the race.

Small field, but a holiday weekend as well. No worries-the fling is here to stay.

Interesting we did our fast times in the Ultima. In my races the TVRs, Mosler, and Vettes blew by it-until they reached turn 1...


Next fling will be posted late Thursday (Friday early AM for the UK crowd). It will be a DTM race this time :)

The Ultima is the best GT car to drive with default settings.

"The Fling" requires so little in organization AND participation that I plane to make it a weekly offering for a very long time..

You guys go and unlock the International challenges for the GT's and V8 Supercars, okay...


Wish the DTMs were offered on an international basis as well :(
