With all the hubbub over McLaren, Ferrari and the "Stepney-gate", and for the folks here in the States with the New England Patriots team secretly videotaping its competitors to get their defensive signals, it just makes me wonder...

How much of this type of clandestine activity goes on in other types of sport, especially involving teams. Usually, there is the friendly exchange of info between competitors, but this is for the other info that has to be obtained through slightly less-than-legal means.

What's your opinion, do you feel that, sometimes, it looks like certain teams play like they have, to phrase Roger Penske's book, 'an unfair advantage'?
