richard burns to the states

a while back i heard that richard burns rally was coming to the states for the xbox..any news on why this never happened?

It's here for PC, but nothing else. Why they changed I don't know, but I was looking forward to getting it for X Box

where can i get RBR here in the states? ive been to places like best buy, walmart, game spot etc and have never seen it
