From the Announcement: This will now be the place discuss all multi-continent championships including the WRC and IRC.

Asia-Pacific Rally Championship has Australia & Oceania and Eurasia, both separate continents. :p

Simple answer, no. The APRC is a regional championship and discussion should continue in the Asia-Pacific section of the forum.

I have edited the announcement accordingly.
