.......for the Motorola V3i. I am going to San Fran, and intend to buy one of these phones there, but a google search only revealed heaps of Australian websites which compare prices and off this phone at highly inflated prices.

Don't use the Australian version of google, use the international one.

Or, type in "Tiananmen square" on google images China and find the place that was forgotten by history, I bet it's lovely to visit in June.

I cannot get teh international google. No matter what I type on the browser, my PC automatically adds the .au/ to the end of the google. Maybe if I delete the google from my favourites and start again. :(

Itīs np'ot your PC, itīs the cookies(google has a default beginning of your local google if there is one), but under the search box on the right you should have a link with theo ption to enter the international version, if you use that link every time you type http://www.google.com you will enter the international version, you will have then a link with the option to enter Google Australia.

Many thanks Daniel. I tried everything else with google, but the .au kept adding itself to the search and then performed a search in Oz. What other search engines are there?

Those two links in particular are price search engines :) They're the two largest as far as I know so you shoudn't need any other search engines :)

Hi Daniel, I mean other search engines to search for anything else worldwide. I am getting totally pissed off that my google has been hijacked with the .au
This only happened to me very recently.
