since the powers to be are not going to have an official pickems this year, I have thought about doing a pickem event this year.

the calendar will be only the ALMS/LMS/LM season which is around 20 events or so.

I haven't thought about the scoring system yet, maybe you have to pick the top 10.

5 points for the overall winner
3 points for picking the class winner in right position
2 points for picking team in right position
1 point for picking team but not in right spot in top ten.

EX.
race results
1. P1 #2 Audi R10
2. P2 #7 Porsche Penske
3. P1 #1 Audi R10
4. P1 #12 Autocon
5. P2 #16 Dyson
6. GT1 #63 Corvette
7. GT1 #007 Aston Martin
8. GT1 #64 Corvette
9. GT2 #77 Flying Lizard
10. GT2 #23 Alex Job

what do you all think, who would be up to it, it would be the same scoring for Lemans and Lemans Endurace series

Not many responses so far :s
I'd like to participate though :o Perhaps for the easiness you could use the same scoring method as the regular pickems?

I've been out of touch here and missed that there won't be a Le Mans pickems this year. That's too bad. :(

I'll miss it, and I would certainly take part if there were something set up here. I like your idea of factoring in classes in the pickems too. It adds that much more of a challenge. :)
