Some really nice photos there, we must have been right next to each other at some point! I don't know how you get them uploaded so quick, I've only just got mine off the memory cards and I'll probably get them uploaded done sometime on Monday. (I'm too tired now and its too hot!)

I can't find many pictures taken from the inside of Druids? Looking at some photos, there dont seem to be many people there!

The general public couldn't get right up to the inside of Druids as they had barriers going across stopping you getting up there. There was a tv camera on a hoist that panned right round the corner and they needed the extra room for that.

Downloaded my piccies onto the PC, now got to start sorting them out!

Yes I too was mldly disappointed that the top end of the inside of Druids was closed off for the TV. However thsi caused me to try new opportunities I hadn't tried before. I discovered you can photo through fences (provided you are right close to them, and you are at the very long end of the lens with a teleconverter). I got some superb shots of the sidecars, from the classic view from the outsdie of Druids looking towards Paddock Hill bend.

The DTM are a bit posh with their wooden flooring in the garages!

Yes, They cornered off a large section on the inside of Druids. Why they needed so much room was beyond me.

They also cornered off a large section of the spectator enclosure at the far end of south bank.

Well captured, pedalpusher. Yeah it sometimes annoys me that we see piccies from the other forum members but never get a chance to chat..!

I was in a similar position at the start of the race, but I wish I'd been at the gap in the outside fence and would have had a perfect shot of Paul di Rista's big off there on lap one.

had a quick look..some of you were quite close to me..especially the tomczyk crash in qualifying. i was standing on a bench when that happened.

photos will be up when i get my internet back at home after moving house. (damn bt!!).

Hopefully mine will be better than the rest of yours :p :


But - i have lost a camera memory card at brands hatch. 256mb bytstor high speed card, in a clear case to transport it. Dropped out my pocket at paddock hill bend after the dtm race, or the grass banking near the start line during the FPA race on sunday. Phoned up brands but they found nothing. Anyone here find it by any chance?
