I'm not trying to start up a team CC. I just know that F1 budgets are in the ~$200 mil range and that NASCAR Nextel Cup budgets are in the $~20 mil range. I just want to know where P1 sits between these two.

Audi wont say, they don't want to have their shareholders complaining. Audi spends what they have to in order to win. Judging by their track record, I would say they spend just enough....

I read once that Audi spent £50 million on the 2000 season. I'd expect they are regularly spending more than £20mil a year to run and develop the cars, same for Peugeot.
