Next year, the Rally Argentina will begin with a superspecial stage in Buenos Aires, in the River Plate Stadium! That's just 5km away from my house!! It's amazing! I never had the chance of going to Cordoba (it's 700km away and since it had been moved to april, my chances of going were vanished), and now people who live here can have a li'l taste of the WRC next year. I'm so happy to hear these news!!

A los argentinos: avisen por favor si saben donde conseguir las entradas para el estadio! Se van a agotar muy rapido!
(To the argentinian pals: please let all of us know where we can get the tickets to the stadium! I'm prety sure they're gonna run out of 'em prety quick!).

I thought having an SSS in Karlstad (about 90 km transport from service) was crazy :p
I doubt this will work.

Lets get one thing straight to avoid confusion. They wouldn't make the drivers personally drive to the super special they and the cars would be transported down there. I cant decide whether it beats what Greece did and move the entire rally on the basis of a super special stage.

Of course, the cars would be transported in trailers/lorries etc. But it's still more than the teams will want to do. They don't want Monte to be in 2 different locations and that's nothing like 700km.

It's like having RallyGB come to Aberdeen to do a SSS. And that is just crazy.

As someone who lives in a big country with small interest in rally, I actually think this is not such a bad idea, and more to the point, is the type of thing with which we will have to put up to compete with F1 etc.

If the logistics can be worked out to the satisfaction of the teams, I think it is a way to bring rally to the people.

There is no way that will be approved the 'modern day' driver could'nt cope with driving that far!!!!!

i would not mind if they would skip all the superspecials, and consentrate on rally instead.
