The Stonehenge scene in This Is SPinal Tap is a classic, I always think it's better than the oft quoted 'these go to 11' clip.

Also there's a clip int Family Guy: The STewie Griffin Story (or whatever the straight to DVD thing is called) where they say that Jesus's powers were exaggerated and it cuts to Jesus doing a little dance and pretending that his thumb is coming off. Very funny (if a little blasphemous)

There's a scene out of the Marx Brothers film Go West where they're running out of wood to keep the train running, so they start hacking up the floorboards and walls of the carriages whilst it's moving.

Very very daft.

The Knights Who Say Ni and the Rude Frenchman in the Holy Grail. Most of the Holy Grail is pretty hilarious.

The "Germans" episode of Fawlty Towers is pretty hard to beat, and the "Hotel Inspector" one is not far behind.

"Zat is not my dog" from The Pink Panther - must be on Youtube somewhere.

The final scene from Some Like It Hot.
