I read about this. They're claiming the handset is perfectly fine, but that people can't use it right.

Bad design, I'd say.

Better yet, for the lasses: "How to Wii like a lady", and for the blokes: "How to Wii standing up."

Schmenke does toilet humour!

Today Schmenke finally lowered himself to posting toilet humour on an internet forum.....

Sorry, just realised that's ancient news after all :p :

By the way, has anyone bought one of these fabled Wiis?
I'm told they're real cheap, yet somehow don't believe it.

They're quite cheap when you compare them to the XBox 360 and extremely cheap when compared to the PS3.

Are they? :) Considering most people don't have HD tv's they're getting the same results as they would with a Wii. As for blu-ray and HD-DVD it's all a bit pointless now when most people don't have HD capable TV's and there is no dominant standard for high def video discs. Buy a PS3 and you may be stuck paying a lot of money for something that won't play many high def videos in the future. Same with the 360 but it's more likely that they would release a Bluray drive if needed. But most console buyers don't know or don't care. They just want the same as they had before. But you have to consider Sony's list of flures. SACD, Minidisc, betamax and the list does on :)
