Soundsl like a cool project. Very cool that it is for the 100th 500. but...wouldnt it be better overall for it to be for 2010, so then the cars would be more abundant, and in turn cheaper. If the car is brand new in 2011, how would the small teams that make the magic number 33 be able to pay for the new car. I realize that 33 is only a number, but for the 100th 500, as a fan, I would want all the traditions to be as abundant as possible. I am assuming that barnhart would not allow the old dallara chassis race with the new chassis. That would be counter productive, not to mention dangerous. Is this plan coinsiding with the assumption we will have a merger by 2011? Just speculation, but you never know!
