No. His ERC3 title is still not won, so he will go to Ceredigion with Fiesta Rally3. Rally2 version he is going to use in Croatia.

Y Diafol will be some stage, looks even trickier than the Llyn Brianne stage last year, though the two share some roads (looks like these sections are running the opposite direction this year though).
Nice to see an organiser actually making an effort to change the route up from year to year.

Pretty disappointing entry. Devine took Ingram’s place in team MRF?
It looks like it with no social media update from Ingram. It's a shame for his UK fans but at least Devine is a top driver too.
The entry isnt too bad as the top guys in the Championship are there. People like Ostberg, Kohonen and Verstappen dropped out earlier in the season so we're not missing many ERC guys compared to the last two Rounds.

Devine thanks MRF for selecting him for the rally.

Edit
I hear Ingram is planning for WRC2 in 2026 and doesn't want to swap tyres, cars and teams he wont be using next year. He wants consistency to build back his trust and confidence.

tbf we knew the entry list would be 'poor'. but cool to see miko, mabelini there. i thought they'd also skip that one and jon would be able to close the gap a little bit more hehe
i wonder if rally scandinavia and uk swap dates if more people would come to compete. sweden is also pretty far for the mainlanders but they all go. prestige? more budget at the start of the season?
or uk is just becoming 'too distant' anyway for the mainlanders? (not sure this is a pejorative term, in my language it is not, sorry if it is in english, fellas)

Adrian Rzeznik (ERC3 driver) said that Rali Ceredigion is so expensive that he decided to skip it, attend a non ERC rally instead and then come back to ERC in Croatia.

Look at which major series still come to the UK; F1 & MotoGP.......a lot of the others no longer bother, possibly because of too much 'red tape'. Saying that, MXGP, EnduroGP & Hard Enduro still have rounds in the UK, the latter both in Wales.

the fim world super enduro have a round in newcastle since last year or so (maybe 23? idk), but because the current top riders - billy bolt, jonny walker, the brightmore brothers, will hoare and others - are all brits.

After my experience on Epynt a number of years ago, I'm not sure the Police are the right people to be training radar gun operators.
The event organisers were very clear about the 30 mph speed limit on the range roads and announced to everyone that this would be enforced by "experienced police officers" with radar guns. On accessing the ranges I therefore set my cruise control to just below 30 mph. Shortly afterwards I was flagged down by one of a group of marshals, so I stopped and opened the window. I almost had my nose broken by the butt end of the radar gun that was thrust in my direction. Clearly these were the "experienced police officers". After I'd moved my head back far enough to be able to read the display, I saw that it said 46 kph. I asked "What's that in miles an hour?" and drove off. 46 kph is 28.6 mph, so I was under the limit. What's really concerning is that these "experienced police officers" not only couldn't read the display properly but also couldn't tell the difference visually between a car travelling at 46 kmh and one travelling at 46 mph - 60% faster.

Temptestini and Johansson have done all other rounds so far, Wagner has done all tarmac rounds apart from this one. 27 ERC entries is low no matter how you look at it. Furthermore, loads of the ERC entries would be there for BRC anyway. Can’t see it being an ERC round for much longer.

So maybe 3 drivers more... not a lot is it.
And I'm sure they and others would've been here if they had any chance of a high finish in the Championship.
And comparing here to earlier Rounds isnt fair when then the drivers had full ambition and budget for the season.

Of course it is mainly about the budgets. If the drivers has budgets to do all races, they will do them. If the drivers has budgets, everybody would like to do all WRC races in Rally1. But when you are short in budget, you need to choose where to start and what to sacrifice. And also dont forget that you have some budget for the season, but in case of some crashes, you can be down with the money. And of course if you have no chance for good result in championship, sometime it is better to save money for future... Mille Johansson had in his plans 6 races in ERC. Originally he was planning to start in Ceredigion, but then team decided to start in Rome instead. Tempestini should be there if he has chance for good result in championship. Stříteský was also planning to start, but too many crashes means no budget... Biedrzynski has health issues. Ingram didnt found available car (originally he wanted to start again with Keane, but with Tempestini's absence the price for only one car should be more expensive). Drivers like Korhonen or Reiersen did only gravel events. Verstappen stopped ERC season after Rome... And to say the truth, at least for teams from central/east Europe Ceredigion is the most expensive round of ERC (thanks to all costs, ferry, customs issues after brexit etc)...

This is mainly business matter. Originally he was planning to start in Wales, but he has some work commitment and cannot attend the event for whole week. On the other hand, as Rally Vyskov is only short rallysprint, for him it is only two days out and he will not start there because of business, it will not be so big loss for him...
And it is also matter of damaged cars. Team has lot of damaged cars from previous events and it was not sure which car will be available after Barum. And we can see that after crash of Kurka on test and Csomos+Stritesky on race, just after Barum clearly no car was really available. But thanks to lovely brexit and needed custom things to be done in time, this is also big complication for the teams...

Not many European drivers in other classes.
Not many UK competitors in Rally2 cars.
It won’t be in the championship much longer.

Mabellini is exceptionally lucky not to have been excluded in my opinion.
Breaking the rules with team members on recce is one thing, trying to cover it up and bullshit the stewards is another.
If he wasn't in the championship fight, I think he probably would have been excluded.
edit: I'm glad that the stewards published such an in-depth report, it will hopefully stop any rumours of favouritism etc. Transparency in such cases is good for the sport.
