I just had this thought watching the 2006 review of WTCC the other day - which touring car driver is most synonomous with any corner on the touring car calendar? I wondered this after watching Yvan Muller driving round Paddock Hill Bend as though he owned it!

Rickard Rydell was known for his skill at the Complex at Thruxton. Charlie Cox called his overtaking maneuver there the "Swedish Shuffle".

And I think Andy Priaulx owns Macau - all of it to share with Duncan Huisman

Id say Muller through church at thruxton, nobody could make a FWD car dance through that corner like he could!

Colin Turkington - Brands Hatch: Surtees-Clark
He owns that section of asphalt. Rubbing/love-tap at the braking zone, performs the bump n run all the way onto the home straight. He makes the rest of the BTCC drivers look like banger-racers!

for me frank sytner down the craner curves, he was always mega through that section. also patrick watts ( blast from the past ) round pretty much any corner was truely spectacular, if not always successful ! ;)

Yvan Muller at knickerbrook
Nigel Mansell - Coppice and the Old Hairpin at Donington or Graham Hill bend at Brands. ;)
Paul O'Neill at Paddock Hill Bend. He scares me when I see him taking a massive amount of inside kerb at that corner!
