what a load of crap! no mention of the pisspoor organization of the second half of the day that canceled stages!

Really??? Which stages were cancelled?? I left after stage 5. Too much driving between stages & too much hiking to spectator spots kicked my ass.
Plus living about 2hrs. or so away I wanted to get on the road before the weather got nasty. (Rt. 549 is Deer HELL! - LOL!)

Stupid drunk spectators (one arrested) cancelled stage 7.

Then, there was a breakdown in communication by the officials and some of the top teams were informed that 10 would be cancelled before they left service so they were short on fuel so the organizers cancelled the stage.

Oh I see... they must have been looking for a NASCAR event or something. The crowd did seem much "rowdier" than in previous years. I noticed some very raucus behavior/lack of discipline from many fans on stages 1 & 5.
Odd... must've been the warm weather.
