Kick-off for this year compilation (hope you’re there focus206):

Hi Rally Power, unfortunately I haven't been around this forum this year, life caught up with me and I have some health issues and other stuff, I could barely follow WRC properly. But today I open the forum and I see this thread so I'll post what I was able to collect :)
As usual, any correction and addition is welcome. I collect only the driver champions for semplicity, you can check on ewrc-results who their codrivers were. I see that Ivan Ballinari became champion of Switzerland with 3 different codrivers!

Australia: Harry Bates - Toyota Yaris AP4
Barbados: Dane Skeete - Subaru Impreza S12B WRC 07
Belgium: Adrian Fernemont - Skoda Fabia R5
Brazil: Juliano Sartori - Volkswagen Polo MRT
Bulgaria: Miroslav Angelov - Skoda Fabia R5
Croatia (National): Krisztian Hideg (Hungary) - Skoda Fabia R5
Croatia (International): Rok Turk (Slovenia) - Hyundai i20 R5
Denmark: Ib Kragh - Skoda Fabia R5 [Need confirmation for this: Kristian Poulsen won 5 events out of 6 but still lost the championship to Ib Kragh who didn't even win one? If so, a weird point scoring system...]
Estonia: Georg Gross - Ford Fiesta WRC 17
Finland: Teemu Asunmaa - Skoda Fabia R5
Germany: Fabian Kreim - Skoda Fabia R5
Greece: Giorgos Kehagias - Ford Fiesta R5
Hungary: Ferenc Jr Vincze - Skoda Fabia R5
Japan: Toshihiro Arai - Subaru WRX STi
Iceland: Baldur Arnar Hldoversson - Sabaru Impreza WRX STi N11
Ireland (Tarmac): Craig Breen - Ford Fiesta R5
Latvia: Oliver Solberg (Sweden) - Volkswagen Polo GTI R5
Lebanon: Patrick Njeim - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX
Lithuania: Vaidotas Zala - Skoda Fabia R5
Madagascar: Rivo Randrianarivony - Subaru Impreza STi R4
Mexico: Ricardo Trivino - Skoda Fabia R5 [first time since the 90s that a non-Mitsubishi won the Mexican championship :) ]
Netherlands: Bob De Jong - Hyundai i20 R5
New Zealand: Ben Hunt - Subaru WRX STi
Northern Ireland: Stephen Wright (Ireland) - Ford Fiesta R5
Norway: Ole Christian Veiby - Volkswagen Polo GTI R5
Paraguay: Alejandro Galanti - Toyota Etios R5
Romania: Simone Tempestini - Hyundai i20 R5
Russia: Evgeniy Sukhovenko - Ford Fiesta Proto
Serbia: Aleksandar Ducic - Peugeot 208 R2
Scotland: Euan Thorburn - Ford Focus RS WRC 05
South Africa: Guy Botterill - Toyota Etios R2
Sweden: Patrik Flodin - Skoda Fabia R5 [nice return to modern 4WD rallying!]
Switzerland: Ivan Ballinari - Skoda Fabia R5
Turkey: Murat Bostanci - Ford Fiesta R5
UK: Matt Edwards - Ford Fiesta R5
Ukraine: Anton Korzun - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX
Uruguay: Guzman Rivero - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X
Wales (Forest): Matthew Hirst - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX

FIA Africa: Manvir Sing Baryan (Kenya) - Skoda Fabia R5
FIA Asia-Pacific: Dewei Lin (Taiwan) - Subaru XV (S6)
FIA Middle East: Nasser Al Attiyah (Qatar) - Volkswagen Polo GTI R5 [15th title for Nasser, he passed Bin Sulayem who had 14 titles]
FIA NACAM: Ricardo Trivino (Mexico) - Skoda Fabia R5

Denmark - Ib Kragh is correct. Kristian Poulsen missed the final round because he was participating in the Rally Legends in San Marino and 5 victories and a non score was not enough to beat 6 second places.

It’s great to have you back mate! It felt strange not seeing your posts, especially on national news; we’re not so many here and you’re the expert on Champs list :). Sorry to hear about your health issues; I hope you’ll get well soon to see more ‘focus206’ posts! All the best!

Btw, as usual ;), there’s little to add after your list and alongside the other fellows contributions it cames clear that Skoda had another fantastic national rallying year. Anyway, hats off for all the champs, their codrivers and teams!

Thank you Rally Power and dimviii for the wishes :) I hope for a good 2020, meanwhile I'll post the final champions I was able to collect. It was hard as my time got really limited, but the list is complete (or almost) for this year:

Canada: Karel Carré - Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Chile: Jorge Martinez Fontena - Skoda Fabia R5

Ivory Coast: Maxime Abondio - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX
Mauritius: Rajesh Ramdenee - Skoda Fabia R5
Namibia: Jaco Redelinghuys - Toyota Yaris S2000

UAE: Abdullah Al Qassimi - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX
Uganda: Yasin Nasser - Subaru Impreza WRX STi 4D
Zambia: Leroy Gomes - Ford Fiesta R5

Euro Rally Trophee: Sebastien Luis (Belgium) - Citroen C2 R2 Max
Alpe Adria Trophy: Gerald Rigler (Austria) - Ford Fiesta R5
CEZ: Rok Turk (Slovenia) - Hyundai i20 R5

No championship in Belarus (only rallysprint one, don't know who won it) and Malaysia. Couldn't find the champion of Thailand, I just know that Atichard Jornjong (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo II) won the first 2 events out of 4.
And with this, I wish every member of the forum a happy new year (and decade)!
