No Lukyanuk yet? Or not at all?

According to the article at http://rajdy.autoklub.pl/event/news/id/5024 Lukyanuk is not going to compete in Liepaja. He said that the crash in Poland has costed him 30 000 €, so I guess he is out of budget.

Or maybe Rally Saaremaa in an Evo X instead, as it is cheaper, he likes it and has ERC title in his pocket.

These are ERC results. Others run under different rules (fuel, tyres etc.). That's why they can't be mixed into same results.

Only 6 non-ERC drivers did shakedown. Their times are here: http://autorally.lv/?m=41&s=2018&r=165&l=2&ft=6 Oliver's time was 1:41,23 which is 2nd best behind Sesks but You need to take into account that JERC drivers use stock fuel.

...When do you and Pluto learn? Oliver is in LRC because of his age, not because he wants to use different rules. I can guarantee that back when Kalle did Liepaja under LRC he used exactly same type of fuel and tires that ERC drivers use.
And I'm 99% sure that Oliver is doing that also. Oliver is sponsored by Pirelli, do they even have "faster" tire available for him that goes through LRC regulations and they would actually run with Oliver? No.
Pretty sure same goes with Fuel.
Oliver has been equal in pace with Sesks this whole season in Latvia so I don't see any reason why he couldn't do same in Liepaja.

followed by rest of ERC1 drivers then ERC2 and finally ERC3 and after that comes the national field.

There is no point in a competition if we can not see all the results.

I guess you're interested in Oliver, he is not allowed to drive in ERC because he dosen't have a valid drivers licence. If you want to follow ERC times just use EWRC and if you want to look national times inc. Oliver use Autorally.lv They drive the same stages but in a 2 different rallies so the first ERC day is 1 rally and the 2nd day is a 2nd rally counting towards national points.
You can safely use the times against each other, only difference between ERC vs national times is the road position which might affect the other.

Oliver this year is running the FIA event, so it's in the same results as the others, but he can't score points in ERC as he is not registered for them, take a lokk at the start list: http://2018.lvrally.com/upload/files/rallyliepaja2018_startlist_leg1.pdf

RC4 doesn't have same rules as JERC if I'm not mistaken. Of course he can go with same stuff as JERC but there is no way for us to verify it so it's better not to count them together.

Like I previously stated that to participate fully in ERC or WRC you need to have a valid drivers licence which Oliver seems not to have.
Just follow the times from different sites. They are fully comparable expect the road position which should not be that big of a difference.

and as as Mirek stated Oliver could be using different rules but he is not.

No, Oliver in in ERC field, but without ERC priority. He didnt registered to the championship, so he is behind and didnt do qualify.

There are different rules for ERC Junior and others. For example, U27 juniors can use max 12 tyres per whole event including free practice and qualify. Oliver can use how many tyres he wants during the event.

I am sure he will be fast, he is fast driver.

Big congrats to Gryazin, his pace was clearly the best of the U28's this year. He proved himself on both tarmac and gravel. But I think R5 experience over the likes of Ingram and Kreim must also have been a factor.

"Gryazin scored a near perfect score on his way to his championship success, scoring 154 out of a possible 156 points with class wins on Rally Islas Canarias and Barum Czech Rally Zlín followed by two outright ERC wins on PZM Rally Poland and Rally Liepāja."

You cant argue with that !

I'm a bit gutted for Ingram, especially after he started the year brilliantly in the Azores on his R5 debut. But his serious illness in Canaries affected him for 3 months and was nearly impossible to compensate for.

It would've been interesting to see how close he might have been without this...

ERC Ladies’ Trophy
ERC promoter Eurosport Events is committed to encouraging the participation of women in motorsport and has revamped the ERC Ladies’ Trophy accordingly. Rather than recognise the achievements of women when competing against other women drivers, to promote gender equality, drivers will score points based on where they appear in the final four- or two-wheel-drive order using a new scoring system. All rounds of the ERC are included in the ERC Ladies’ Trophy with all classes (ERC1, ERC2 and ERC3) eligible. Drivers count their best four scores. The scoring system is as follows: 1 = 100; 2 = 90; 3 = 80; 4 = 75; 5 = 70; 6 = 65; 7 = 60; 8 = 55; 9 = 50; 10 = 45; 11 = 43; 12 = 41; 13 = 39; 14 = 37; 15 = 35; 16 = 33; 17 = 31; 18 = 29; 19 = 27; 20 = 25; 21 = 23; 22 = 21; 23 = 19; 24 = 17; 25 = 15; 26 = 13; 27 = 11; 28 = 9; 29 = 7; 30 = 5; all remaining positions = 1 point.

They have changed system of ladies trophy for this year, it is quite complicated. This change was made mainly because of Tamara Molinaro, who was planning to do ERC with R5, so they were trying some regulations which will allow comparison results of R5 and R2.
