Clio 16S Groupe A Kit 180cv Notice de Montage

Hi guys;

I am looking for a technical manual of the 1992 Clio mk1 1.8 16s Group A rally car, specifically the 180 hp version.

I would be very pleased if you guys can share your technical knowledge, experiences and suggestions about this car.

In order to have more understanding and finding informations, I am looking for the "Renault Sport Clio 16S Groupe A Kit 180cv Notice de Montage" This is the manual prepared by Renault Sport back in those days.

If any body has this manual in hand or knows where I can get a copy or a pdf I will be very pleased and happy.

Have you considered contacting Renault or RenaultSport? They probably have it in their archives.

I did send Renault Sport an email but over a week there is no response from them.

I see. That is often the problem with Emailing. Maybe give them a call or see you local Renault dealer if you don't get an answer. Anyway, best of luck finding it.

Unfortunately not. That ones is the parts catalogue, I need to have the preparation catalogue.

There were plenty of Clios rallying in Europe in those days. Try to find rally teams that were preparing those cars and try contacting them.

For exapmple - it seems Oreca still sells parts for the Clio from early nineties:

I did contacted Renault Sport, Cat cams, Wossner, Sodemo engines and some French people owns the cars or some Italian teams.
But it seems like people either lack of knowledge or don't want to share any information. Especially whoever has this Manual in hand telling me that its a collection piece...
It's weird to see that people don't want to share any information which was not a secret back then even Renault Sport made a Manual to share all the details and preparation details back then.

I will keep searching until I find the right informations.

try to ask for this manual via some official Renault represantitive of your country.
Its different to ask for this manual a individual,and different to ask a Renault importer.

maybe you're talking about homologation papers/book where everything is written. for this you must ask your national FIA federation and they will print it for you. in my country it costs around 100€

gentlemen thank you for the links.
I visited both of them earlier. unfortunately the specific one I am after is not there :(

but a Facebook group member was so kind enough to share two pages of the manual I am after from his collection.
I am now trying to find the complete... last week sold in the french auction website and I missed it by seconds :(
now contacted with the buyer and he is willing to scan them for me at cost. After he receives the manual will talk again and I hope I will solve my issue.

so far as I know, they treat this as a collection piece as its rare... that makes it difficult to find online.
I found it last weekend with 3 more Renault Sport manuals on sale for 300euros but by the time I contacted the seller it was sold :(
