Amateur Rally training - there are any places for training rides?

Hi! I'm looking for good place to train for amateur Rally in the neighbourhood of Manchester City. Search engine recommended a website: https://zoptamo.com/uk , In fact good idea for website, but to find place, and people for play football or volleyball. In my discipline are zero results. Do you have any recommendable place for training?

I doubt there would be any real car rally training in the middle of a city. Have a look for the race/ rally simulation places.
