Why is it that some drivers had EVO under their race numbers whilst others had AutoExpress? Thought at first it was to distinguish the privateers from the manufacturers but it doesnt seem to be the case?....

Auto Express, Evo, Maxim, Test Drive etc are all owned by Dennis Publishing, who pay sponsor the series

Evo on one side & Auto Express on the other on all cars. Whichever way round seems to be up to the teams.

Is their anything you don't know without researching first?
It is getting terribly demoralising for me. :(
Who are your frankly abnormally jammy sources and can I have their number please. ;)
I do know from lookinf on the website that Evo, launched in 1998, is the only motoring mag that has schieved 8 years of consectutive growth in it's circulation :champion:

The panel under the door has to carry Evo or Auto Express, which, as mentioned is the same publisher. It doesnt seem to be policed that well, because some cars have Evo on the left, and AE on the right, while other cars have this the other way around. On occasion, I've seen cars carrying just one logo.
Other series sponsors dont appear on the car

Shocking. It could be the end of life on this planet as we know it.

Not quite true. They are the BTCC's media partner, backing the series through their print and online publications with features, advertising and promotions, but they don't pay.

ahh, otherwise known as "services in kind". But at least the organizers can then use those promo ads/articles to hopefully help bring on other sponsors and help teams to sell ads on their cars.

Id think that 'mutal agreement' would be prefered

Do they print the programmes? -Genuine question.

No. The circuits choose their own individual companies to produce their programmes eg. MSV will use one company to do all their programmes for Brands, Oulton and Snett whereas Rockingham use a different company entirely and so on. The companies responsible are listed at the bottom of page 3 normally.
