Though not specific to the WRC section of the forum, hopefully here is somewhere that those pics can always be relevant rather than clogging up a 'factual' thread.

You all seem to forget that there will be NEW POLO roadcar 2016, so current Polo is not same bodytype model than WRC17. That also explains why 17 protype is bit ugly.

I think they've been doing it since 2007...

For sure it isn't a beauty like the Cayman GT4 Clubsport ;), but it's as ugly as any DS3 or i20 (Polo and Fiesta definitely looks better) and it has the current WRC dimensions. It's also a mass production car, from a brand that needs desperately to be revived and as an outstanding rally heritage. If only Mr. Marchionne could get infected by the motorsport virus...

GIMP is for plebs who cannot afford expensive things so the obvious answer is YES.

Been using it as my only OS since 2005... And GIMP is great for some purposes. Photoshop is probably better for a professional but for amatures, nothing beats free and simple to use.

I see, well GIMP is doing fine job for me when I need some picture edit and no need of photoshop I guess.
Anyway seems it is doing fine job for this thread. I just don't get the point as any of this will become reality. There is much more expensive software for this purpose and rules to follow.
But the pictures are nice, especially some of them, keep going.....

I have tried to use Photoshop but I didn't like it. Too complicated for my needs and waaaaaaaaaaay to expensive. GIMP suits me just fine.

I just got stuck in Linux's simplicity of use and remained there. When you learn to script properly it is so damn versatile.

Word, they are just too much. Keep it simple, I think the 2015 livery is a good example for that. Some stripes with clear colour contrasts, not so much more is needed.

That is a pretty livery but I think it looks even better on the Fiesta. In general I think the smaller sized cars really look the part in '17 and onwards spec. This Focus looks a bit bulky in contrast.
