Just wondering if someone could help me! I'm looking to buy Rally passes for the Swedish rally next year - where would I be able to purchase these??? Are they even available yet???

You will have to wait until around late november/ early december I think. From around that time they are usually available to order. You can order them on the website of the rally itself (link below), but you need some patience... ;)

Depending on where you're going from, they're arguably not worth buying in advance; just get one from any petrol station when you arrive. The shipping costs outweigh any discounts for the UK, for example.
