It might be in fashion but Ricciardo's is one of the worst..kinda like Merv Hughes but he had the bulk to go with it.
Yeah same thought crossed my mind as I watching Liverpool v Madrid last night...quite a few Madrid+spanish defenders had full face beards - Ramos, Carvajal, Arbeloa

Ricco said in an interview he only did it for the Texan fans and was laughing at himself. Will it grow on him? Will he keep it? It still looks better than Lewis' earring or Schumacher's fashion sense.

Coolest ever? Stewart brought about meaningful chance in a deadly sport, all while kicking ass. If Emmo is the coolest ever, I think he's got to share it with Emmo.

Harald Ertl might not have scored any WDC points but he was the one who pulled Niki Lauda from a burning Ferrari in the 1976 German GP - that's heroic.

That's also my point, the word heroic in F1 is normally misused. I have to admit that also applies to WRC drivers. But in F1 beards suggests bravery ;)
