Seem against rules that fundamental component change as Brakes in Germany.

This big worm can in rules. Me think it wrong.

Yes it was wrong.

Hamilton and Rosbergs cars were both changed under parc ferme (brakes), while Red Bull were denied re programming something earlier in the season.
